RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for purchases made on Aurenzzi.com (“Website”). By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return a PU leather handbag purchased from Aurenzzi.com if it meets the following criteria:
- The return request is initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
- The handbag is unused, untouched, and shows no signs of wear and tear.
- All original packaging, including the yellow zip tag, must be intact on the bag.
- The condition of the bag, as determined by your submitted photos and videos, must match its original, untouched state upon delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Custom-made or personalized bags.
- Handbags that show any signs of wear and tear, or are not in their original, untouched condition.
- Handbags where the yellow zip tag is missing or tampered with.
3. Return Process
- Initiate Return: To start a return, you must contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery at care@aurenzzi.com. Alternatively, you can initiate a return request through our return portal available on the Website. Please provide your order number, details of the handbag you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You will also need to submit clear photos and videos of the bag, showing its untouched condition and the intact yellow zip tag.
- Return Authorization: Once we review your request and the provided media, we will assess if your return meets our eligibility criteria. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the item back. Items returned without a valid RMA number may not be processed.
- Shipping Returns: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product delivered, product in worn-out condition). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refunds & Store Credit
- Prepaid Orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.): Refunds for prepaid orders will only be processed if the returned handbag is received in an untouched condition, matching the photos and videos provided, and the yellow zip tag is intact. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Please note that there are no monetary refunds for COD orders. If a COD order is eligible for return based on our policy, you will receive store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item. This store credit can be used for future purchases on Aurenzzi.com.
- Tracking Your Refund/Store Credit: You can monitor the status of your return, exchange, or refund by logging into your account on Aurenzzi.com and visiting our **return portal** or your order history.
- Inspection and Approval: All returned items are subject to a thorough inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or store credit if the handbag does not meet the specified return conditions (e.g., signs of wear, missing tag, not matching submitted media).
5. Free Exchange Policy (Wrong or Worn-Out Product)
We offer a free exchange policy if the product delivered is wrong (different from what was ordered) or if it arrives in a worn-out/damaged condition.
- To claim a free exchange, you must notify us at care@aurenzzi.com within 24 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photographic/video evidence of the incorrect or worn-out item.
- Upon verification, we will arrange for the pick-up of the incorrect or worn-out item and dispatch the correct replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.
Strong Recommendation: To facilitate a quicker and smoother resolution for any claims regarding wrong or worn-out products, we strongly advise customers to make a proper, continuous unboxing video of the product upon delivery. This video serves as crucial evidence and helps us to fast-track all such claims.
